Behavioral Wholeness Framework
The Behavioral Wholeness Model for Holistic Communication is a 7-step model that centers a restorative approach to systemic mediation and intervention pathways that typically exacerbate highly stressful environments and circumstances for vulnerable households.
Using contemporary education research and Black reparations theory as its baseline, this capstone considers the experiences of Black students within the education system, and employs analysis and imagination to create a reparative K-12 education reform framework.
